I totally agree with you. It's so much about trusting people. There are so many benefits to working from home if you are properly supported and encouraged - not least, the favourable impact on the environment of less people having to commute. I have been so lucky with all the support I have had from the company I represent in terms of free training and a new remote system so I can work from home easily.
